SOLUTION: The terminal insertion guiding device comprises a connector holder 18 holding a connector C in a state of releasing a cavity C1 so as to enable a wire W with a terminal to connect with the cavity C1, a specifying plate 20, specifying a cavity to be connected, out of the cavities C1 of the connector C, at a prescribed terminal insertion position, and a means 15 making the connector move so as to change the cavity C1 specified by the specifying plate 20 in a prescribed sequence.
