Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite IC card whose use application is wide, whose physical reliability is high, whose mass-productivity is high, and whose costs are low. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit device whose one face is arranged with an antenna terminal 22b and an external connection terminal 22b, and whose other face is arranged with an integrated circuit element having contact and non-contact functions wherein the antenna terminal and the external connection terminal are connected to the integrated circuit element is provided with an IC card 21 fixed to a hole part formed at a card member and a casing 30 equipped with an antenna 29 and an antenna contractor 34 connected to the antenna wherein an IC card is attachable and detachable. While the IC card is mounted on the casing, the antenna terminal and the antenna contactor of the case body are brought into contact with each other, and electrically connected to each other so that the IC card can be functioned as a non-contact IC card.
