Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display panel by which any pinhole is not caused in protective films on electrodes. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel having a process of removing short circuits by cutting a laser beam irradiation part 22 by irradiating a place 21 being short-circuited among electrodes 10, 11, 13, 14 with a laser beam after a plurality of electrodes 10, 11, 13, 14 which are coated and protected with insulative films 20a, 20b are formed, only electrode parts of the laser irradiation place 22 are cut by irradiating the short circuited place 21 with the laser beam having energy with which the insulative films 20a, 20b on the electrodes are not destroyed.
