MULTIPLE TARGET TRACKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple target tracking device capable of precisely keeping a tracking when observation information related to the position and present moving state of a target is obtained by a target observation device. SOLUTION: The target observation device 21 outputs the observation signal of the target. A position observation value calculation device 22 outputs the present position of the target as detection data on the basis of the observation signal, and a movement characteristic extractor 23 outputs the present moving state of the target. A gate processing part 24 selects detection data possibly having a correlation with the track of the target on the basis of the prediction information calculated before one sampling time from a delay circuit 27, the detection data and the present moving state of the target. A correlation processing part 25 calculates correlation information showing of which target the detection data selected is on the basis of the selected detection data and the present moving state of the target. A filter processing part 26 performs a smoothing and prediction calculation for position, speed or the like of the target on the basis of the correlation information, the present moving state of the target, and the prediction information, and outputs the prediction information of the target.
