Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the motion of an object by detecting an acceleration rate, which is the derivative of acceleration of an object, and utilizing the information. SOLUTION: A first member, a second member relatively movable to the first member, a magnet fixed to the first member, at least one coil fixed to the second member, a means for detecting the motion of the second member against the first member and sending a current for generating a force by magnetic flux so as to disturb the motion of the second member against the first member between the coil and the magnet, and a means detecting the voltage corresponding to the derivative of the acceleration which is generated between the coils by the current are provided.
