SALINE WATER SPRAY TEST APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by enabling any tester to easily set a spray solution collected when a salt solution for testing is sprayed to be within a pH range of 6.5-7.2 while suppressing manufacturing costs of a neutral saline water spray test apparatus without taking much space to solve a problem that the collected spray solution becomes acid when the salt solution for testing is regulated to be pH 6.5-7.2 when sprayed. SOLUTION: There are set a floating plate floating to a level of the salt solution for testing in a saline water replenishing tank, a shortest piping for connecting the saline water replenishing tank and a storage tank for the salt solution for testing, a steam generator, a silicone resin tube for connecting the float type storage tank for the salt solution for testing in a spray tower, a spray solution collection vessel and a measuring cylinder for collecting the spray solution, and a hard vinyl chloride pipe for connecting the saline water replenishing tank and the storage tank for the salt solution for testing. An acid substance is prevented from dissolving into a test solution.
