Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for effectively treating fly ash and carbon dioxide to be discharged as the waste in a coal fired power plant. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a combustion apparatus 2, a zeolite production apparatus 3 for producing a zeolite by using fly ash from the combustion apparatus 2 as the raw material, and a hydrocarbon production apparatus 4 for producing hydrocarbons by using carbon dioxide as the raw material from a carbon dioxide recover apparatus 5 provided in the combustion apparatus 2 so as to produce hydrocarbons from carbon dioxide by using the above zeolite as a part of a catalyst to effectively conduct the treatment of the fly ash and the carbon dioxide.
