Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability in maintenance and inspection of the control apparatus in a hoistway, the efficiency in installing the apparatus, and the safety of a worker performing the inspection work, and to prevent the breakage of the apparatus. SOLUTION: An inspection workbench for inspecting the control apparatus is mounted under a car, and a switch to be turned ON/OFF on the basis of an accommodating condition of the workbench is mounted to select normal operation/maintenance operation. Whereby the workability and the efficiency in installing the apparatus in the maintenance and inspection of the control apparatus in the hoistway can be improved. Further as the normal operation and the maintenance operation are selected by the signal which is turned on and off on the basis of an installation condition of the workbench, the breakage of the apparatus and the injury of the worker caused by the workbench left without being put back, can be prevented.
