SOLUTION: A car height average value Hm and an add-substract value of a first set value α1 and a second set value α2 to a reference car height Hs are compared (S20, S21, S25, S26), to find a condition for determining whether to operate right and left lifting hydraulic cylinders for horizontally controlling the machine body in opposite directions of elevating and lowering in the right and left sides, or to inhibit at least one side hydraulic cylinder (S22, S24, S27, S29).
