Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket for offset printing which can sufficiently meet printing of highly fine image pattern, with the elongation surely reduced, and also can stably exert excellent ink receptivity, while ensuring the excellent ink transferability brought about by a silicone rubber. SOLUTION: The blanket for offset printing is constituted by forming a surface layer 30 on a base layer 10 constituted of a metal film. The surface layer 30 is constituted of a silicone rubber layer obtained by a process wherein a laminated sheet prepared by laminating a sulfur-crosslinked rubber sheet 52 on a crosslinked silicone rubber layer 30B is subjected to heat treatment and then the sulfur-crosslinked rubber sheet 52 is separated.
