Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket for offset printing which can exert excellent ink receptivity, while ensuring excellent ink transferability brought about by a silicone rubber. SOLUTION: The blanket for offset printing is constituted by forming a surface layer 30 on a base layer 10 constituted by sticking textile bases together. The surface layer 30 is constituted of the silicone rubber layer 30C obtained by a process wherein a laminated sheet prepared by laminating a sulfur- crosslinked rubber sheet 62 on a crosslinked silicone rubber layer 30B is subjected to heat treatment and then the sulfur-crosslinked rubber sheet 62 is separated.
