Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface-treated plastic tube manufacturing apparatus capable of performing uniform and stable treatment of the inner surface of a plastic tube by generating stable atmospheric pressure discharge plasma in treating the inner surface of the plastic tube by utilizing atmospheric pressure discharge plasma, and a method for manufacturing the plastic tube using the apparatus. SOLUTION: The inner surface treated plastic tube manufacturing apparatus is equipped with an extruder 2 having an annular die, a take-over means 3 for taking over the plastic tube extruded from the annular die to be cooled and solidified at a predetermined speed, an electrode 4 on a high voltage side, an electrode 5 on an earthing side, a power supply 6 for applying voltage across both electrodes 4 and 5, a gas supply line 7 and a gas blowoff device 8 and atmospheric pressure discharge plasma can be generated in the plastic tube by applying voltage across the electrode 4 on the high voltage side and the electrode 5 on the earthing side from the power supply 6 and holes for blowing off gas to the inner surface of the plastic tube are almost uniformly arranged to the outer peripheral surface of the gas blowoff device 8.
