METHOD FOR SLITTING STRIP-LIKE MOLDED ARTICLE AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for slitting a strip-like molded article not generating the change of a slit surface with the elapse of time even if continuous slitting is performed and capable of always satisfying the capacity of a list end part. SOLUTION: A guide apparatus 1 is equipped with a guide mechanism 5 constituted of a guide rail 3 having a guide groove 2 with which the strip-like molded article W is locked and a plurality of the press rolls 4a and 4b supported on a frame 4 to press the strip-like molded article W to the guide groove 2. A cutter 7 arranged at a predetermined angle of inclination is provided at the cutting position Q of the strip-like molded article W through a guide means 6 to be attached to a guide means 8 detachably and slidably through a magnet 9. A feed-out device 10 for feeding out the cutter 7 to the cutting position Q by corresponding to the feed speed of the strip-like molded article W is provided to the rear end side of the cutter 7 and constituted of a feed-out rod 11, a feed-out drive motor 12 and a quick return drive motor 13 for quickly returning the feed-out rod 11.
