Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double nut fastening and loosening jig capable of easily performing operation of fastening and loosening a double nut. SOLUTION: A second arm 6 is rotationally attached through a pin 7 to a first arm 5 held by a main hand. The second arm 6 is provided at a leading end thereof with a first engaging portion 8 for engaging with one of the double nut. A third arm 9 is attached to the first arm 5 to be rotational around a pin 13 different from a connecting pin 7 of the second arm 6. A fourth arm 14 is rotationally attached to a leading end of the third arm 9. The fourth arm 14 is provided at a leading end thereof with a second engaging portion for engaging with the other one of the double nut. The first engaging portion 8 and the second engaging portion 16 are engaged with respect nuts and the first arm 5 is rotated to thereby fasten and loosen the double nut.
