SOLUTION: This electric sonde is constructed of an inside electrode 1 and an outside electrode 3 arranged concentrically with each other. An insulator arranged between the electrodes is constructed of an optical fiber 2, and consequently, the sonde is applicable to lighting and irradiation using laser beams.
