SOLUTION: A disaster prevention monitoring panel 1 is provided with a storage fire deciding part 30 for transmitting the first temporally short restoration signal to a signal line for temporarily restoring a fire sensor 6 for a common use part after the elapse of a prescribed period of time from reception of a fire confirmation signal from a fire receiver 4 for a dwelling unit through a repeater 3 or a fire signal from the fire sensor 6 for a common use part and for deciding to be a fire in subsequently receiving a fire confirmation signal or a fire signal, and a fire restoring part 31 for transmitting the second temporally long restoration signal for restoring the repeater 3, the fire receiver 4 for a dwelling unit and the fire sensor 6 for a common use part driven by operation of a restoration switch.
