PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for distributing contents accompanied with advertisements and questionnaires reflecting dynamic individual information such as time and places. SOLUTION: An electronic contents distribution system distributing the contents and accompanying data accompanied with them through a communication network, is provided with an accompanying data reception/transmission part transmitting individual information including the dynamic information of the user of the contents from user side equipment to mediator side equipment and receiving the accompanying data corresponding to the contents of the dynamic individual information, a general module transmitting the accompanying data of the contents corresponding to the contents of the dynamic individual information transmitted from the user side equipment from the mediator side equipment to the user side equipment, and a content utilization part outputting the accompanying data transmitted from the mediator side equipment at the user side equipment, reproducing the accompanying data and then reproducing the contents.
