Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an evaluation to a welfare service after the introduction of a welfare support system that supports a welfare service such as visiting/ home care nursing and health management service. SOLUTION: This welfare service evaluation system is provided with a means 110 for collecting operation data of a welfare support system in each work item of a welfare service provider, a means 120 for collecting satisfaction data of a welfare service user, a means 130 for collecting satisfaction data of the welfare service provider, a means 220 for calculating an evaluation index including a welfare support system and characteristics of a region where the system is introduced by using each of the collected data, a means 230 for evaluating and analyzing a welfare service when the welfare support system is introduced by using the evaluation index, and means 240 and 140 for transmitting and outputting evaluation/analysis results or the like.
