Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor less susceptible to ozone and NOx generated from a system, having stable characteristics and image quality even after repeated use, having very high durability and usable in various printers, etc., as well as in an electrophotographic coping machine in a wide field of application of electrophotography. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by stacking at least an electric charge generating layer containing an electric charge generating material and an electric charge transporting layer containing an electric charge transporting material in this order on an electrically conductive substrate. At least phthalocyanine is contained as the electric charge generating material in the electric charge generating layer, at least a diphenylamine compound and/or a triphenylamine compound is contained as the electric charge transporting material in the electric charge transporting layer and an amine compound having a specified structure is further contained in the electric charge transporting layer.
