Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collision sound due to collision of condensed water (drain water) with the exhaust gas in an exhaust gas within a pipe of an exhaust gas system. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas structure of an engine heat pump is provided with a muffler 13, communicating with an engine 11 through an exhaust gas hose 67, a mist separator 14, an exhaust gas pipe 68 for connecting the muffler 13 to the mist separator 14, a drain filter 25, a muffler drain pipe 26 for connecting the muffler 13 to the drain filter 25, and a drain water collecting pipe 36 for connecting the drain filter 25 to the mist separator 14. An opening 69 leading to the mist separator 14 of the exhaust gas pipe 68 is formed higher than the bottom face in the mist separator 14.
