FAUCET SECTION STRUCTURE AND BATHROOM UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet section structure which has a single operating portion for adjusting the temperature of hot water and is easy to operate, and to provide a bathroom unit having the faucet section structure applied thereto. SOLUTION: The faucet section 5 structure functions to distribute water/hot water to a top shower 2, a hand shower 4, and a spout (faucet) 12. The faucet section 5 includes a temperature adjusting section 6 having a water/hot water mixing device for determining a water/hot water mixing ratio from a water feed pipe 9 and a hot water feed pipe 8, and a switching section 7 extending from the same. The switching section 7 can select one of a function of feed of water/hot water to the hand shower 2 and a function of feed of or feed stoppage of water/hot water to the spout 12. A pipe connecting the temperature adjusting section 6 to the switching section 7 has a pipe 11 which is branched therefrom and extends to the top shower 2.
