Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the operator of a point of failure of construction equipment while specifying the same. SOLUTION: In diagnosis of the point of failure of the construction equipment, an abnormal state of a hydraulic back hoe 1 is detected in response to a signal from a sensor 15 provided for the hydraulic back hoe 1, and information of the abnormal state is transmitted to a center 3 via a communication satellite 2. Upon reception of the information, a server 32 in the center 3 specifies the point of failure, based on the transmitted information and information stored in a database 33, and the specified information is transmitted to the hydraulic back hoe 1. A signal transmitted from the center 3 is displayed on a display device 11 of the hydraulic back hoe 1, and therefor the operator can recognize the point of failure.
