Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing equipment miniaturized by ensuring longer food conveying time while maintaining food washing capacity with air bubbles to improve food washing effect as a whole. SOLUTION: This food washing equipment has the following construction: a conveying/washing channel 3 ranging from a food charge section 31 to a food discharge section 32 is provided in a washing tank 2, a discharge conveyor 4 is set on the food discharge section 32, a conveying air injector 7 for injecting air is set up under the channel 3 so as to produce water flow from the food charge section 31 toward the food discharge section 32 along the channel 3, and a braking air injector 8 for injecting air is set up midway of the channel 3 so as to brake the water flow along the channel 3.
