SOLUTION: The noise canceling headphone comprises a housing section 1 that is placed to cover a part determining an acoustic characteristic including a noise canceling section, a terminal section 7 for an electric circuit in the housing section 1 placed at the outside of the housing section 1, and a cap 4 that is placed to cover the terminal section 7.
