The market place system 7 proves the organizational information on the buyers at a request from a supplier terminal 1 according to he areas that the organization system of the buyers or the buyers belong to and makes the terminal display the information. The supplier is made to specify the bulletin destinations of the constructing machine advertisement information registered on a supplier terminal 1 according to the areas of the organization system of the buyers or the buyers.
