SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING LIQUID OF LIVING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an analytical test of a cell suspension liquid of a living body, drastically reduce a required introducing cost, and achieve a result of an accurate analysis in a high level without a complicated operation. SOLUTION: A single-use unit has a diluting chamber (5), a sample preparing apparatus (6) and a measuring chamber (7), and is used for analyzing the cell suspension liquid such as a liquid of the living body particularly blood, urine and semen, etc. The sample preparing apparatus (6) has a preparing member (8) integrally formed from a preparing tubule (13). When the preparing member (8) is located at the first location, one opening (14) of the preparing tubule (13) is connected to a sample injecting zone (17) of the single-use unit (1). When the preparing member (8) is located at the second location, the diluting chamber (5) and the measuring chamber (7) are movably disposed in a chamber (12) for the preparing member so as to be mutually connected through the preparing tubule (13). The measuring chamber (7) is provided with a ventilating valve (35) that the sample and a diluted solution but gas do not pass through, and fully filled with an inflowing liquid (36) without gas bubbles.
