METHOD FOR FOLDING END PART OF ADHESIVE TAPE, DEVICE FOR FOLDING THE SAME, AND CARTON SEALER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a folded part having a non-adhesive outer surface at an end part of adhesive tape applied for the folded part to be picked to pull and peel the adhesive tape for eliminating need of peeling and raising the end part of the adhesive tape by a nail or the like. SOLUTION: In this folding device 7 for forming the folded part Te having the non-adhesive outer surface at the end part of the adhesive tape T, a folded part receiving range Rb and a folding range Ra are continuously formed in an adhesive tape passage R, and it is provided with a tape suction member 36 rotatable from a standby position D facing the non-adhesive surface side of the folding range Ra to a tape folding position E facing the adhesive surface side of the folded part receiving range Rb, and a cutter 31 freely advancing/ retracting to get into the adhesive tape passage R when the tape suction member 36 is at the standby position D. A folding part Tf of the cut adhesive tape T is sucked and held by the tape suction member 36, and it is folded to be applied to the folded part receiving part Tg, thereby the folded part Te is formed.
