Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber cutting device capable of improving productivity by attaching a fiber cutting blade wherein wear of a cutting edge is small, a base body portion has sufficient impact-resistance, and thermal stress is small when the cutting edge and the base body portion are welded. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 1 is provided with the cutting edge 1a formed from cemented carbide (WC+10%Co hardness Hv1700) having a thermal expansion coefficient of 57×10 / deg.C in the temperature range from 25 to 200 deg.C; and the base body portion 1b subjected to quenching and tempering and formed from carbon tool steel (SK-5, quenching hardness Hv500) having a thermal expansion coefficient of 112.5×10 / deg.C in the temperature range from 20 to 200 deg.C. The cutting edge 1a and the base body portion 1b are joined through a nickel alloy layer 1c.
