PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft-toy preparation process which can add a unique value to the soft toy, a soft toy prepared by this process, and a soft-toy preparation set for preparing this soft toy. SOLUTION: This soft-toy preparation process comprises a sewing process in which two or more clothes which are cut in predetermined shapes are sewed one another at their edges to form a bag-shaped soft-toy intermediate having an opening where an area between the clothes is not sewed, a stuffing process in which stuffing is put into the intermediate from the opening, and a sewing-up process in which the opening is sewed together. In the stuffing process, a container containing a desired item, in addition to the stuffing, is inserted into the soft-toy intermediate. In the sewing-up process, the opening is sewed with a stringy part to enable a user to reopen the opening after the completion of the soft toy.
