Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a molding cycle time by preventing a loss time required for a temperature rise, after the cooling of a press die and a temperature drop after heating, in a method in which the fusing layers of electric wires are heated and melted under the state in which a coil raw material is compressed by using the wire-shaped coil raw material 4', in which a large number of the self-fusing electric wires are bundled, the fusing layers are cooled and cured and a coil section having a specified sectional shape is molded. SOLUTION: The coil raw material 4' is compression-molded into a sectional shape at the pre-stage of the fixed sectional shape by the first press die 8 with a mold heating means 82, while the fusing layers of the electric wires are melted. The coil raw material 4' is compression-molded into the specified sectional shape by the second press die 9 using a die cooling means 92, while the fused layers of the electric wires are cured.
