SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus, including a self-contained navigation means for integrating a self-moving vector detected from a turning angle sensor and a distance sensor and detecting a position of one's own vehicle, and a GPS navigation means for receiving a radio wave from a GPS satellite and detecting the position of the one's own vehicle, determines the reliability of the data detected by the GPS navigation means on the basis of a difference of a plurality of difference data indicating a difference between a GPS moving vector in a plurality of measuring points indicating a traveling direction and a speed of a vehicle by the GPS navigation means and a self-moving vector in a plurality of corresponding measuring points indicating the traveling direction and the speed of the vehicle by the self-contained navigation means. |
