Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete airtightness by completely dispensing with windings of airtight tape, simply fitting ducts to each other, and fastening them with rivets. SOLUTION: Annular fallen and lying pieces 7 facing in the centrifugal direction are provided at appropriate positions of an annular tie 5 and the annular tie 5, having a receiving annulus 6 facing in the centripetal direction in the front end of the annular tie 5 in an elastic packing 4, is fitted to the tip part of an inner tube 1 and the receiving annulus 6 is made to abut on the tip surface of the inner tube. By fitting an outer tube 2 is from the front end of the elastic packing 4, the annular fallen piece 7 is made to fall and lie down by the tip of the outer tube 2, and the annular fallen and lying pieces 7 seal the clearance between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2.
