Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oil-containing wastewater treatment system which rapidly increases a removal efficiency of fats and oils contained in kitchen wastewater in restaurants/hotels and wastewater in the catering centers/lunch preparation plants/food processing plants, and also is easily adapted to an existing grease trap. SOLUTION: An oil-containing wastewater treatment tank is attached to a grease trap. Microbial carriers are arranged on a shelf in the oil-containing wastewater treatment tank and a biological filter is installed which is maintained in the aerobic atmosphere. The oil-containing wastewater which flows into the grease trap is sent to the oil-containing wastewater treatment tank and the wastewater passing through a biomembrane of the biological filter is discharged out of system.
