Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a piston is tilted by a biased load acting on the piston and a pressurized fluid leaks from a site where the contact pressure to the inner periphery of a cylinder is weak, to the side of a bagged body of a frozen sweet when the piston is pressurized if the machining accuracy of the piston is low. SOLUTION: This piston structure of an apparatus for pouring out a frozen sweet is obtained by dividing and forming the piston 20 into an upper piston 21 coming into contact with the bagged body 3 of the frozen sweet and a lower piston 22 receiving the pressure of the pressurizing fluid 5, on the other hand, installing a ball joint 24 allowing the shaking of the upper piston 21 relatively to the lower piston 22 between the respective central parts of the upper piston 21 and the lower piston 22 which mutually face in the piston structure of the apparatus for pouring out the frozen sweet capable of pressurizing the bagged body 3 of the frozen sweet provided on the side of one chamber in a cylinder 2 isolated and formed with the piston 20 through the piston 20 pressurized with the pressurizing fluid 5 present on the side of the other chamber of the piston 20 and pouring out the frozen sweet from the bagged body 3.
