Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet generator exhibiting a sufficient power generating capacity even when a fluid of low current velocity is employed as a power source. SOLUTION: The permanent magnet generator comprises a rotary case supported rotatably on a fixed shaft and linked with blades being rotated by the fluid force, a disc base secured to the fixed shaft in the case, a plurality of coreless coils arranged annularly along the outer circumference of the base while exposing the opposite sides, a plurality of first rare earth based permanent magnets secured to the inner surface of the case and arranged annularly to face one side of the coreless coils, and a plurality of second rare earth based permanent magnets secured to the inner surface of the case and arranged annularly to face the other side of the coreless coils, wherein the first and second permanent magnets are disposed oppositely and the lines of magnetic force are formed between them to penetrate the air-core part of the coreless coils.
