SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING LOCATION OF HIERARCHIZED MOBILE NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data transmitted to a mobile network without bringing about redundant transfer in a hierarchized network. SOLUTION: A location grasping means 31 of the mobile network 3 decides whether or not the location grasping means itself has moved on the basis of location information notified from a location advertising mean 52 and notifies the location advertising means 52 of its own address. The location advertising mean 52 notifies the address to a location managing means 23 of a mobile network 2 to which the mobile network 3 belongs. The location managing means 23 manages the notified location of the mobile network and also notifies a network to which the location managing means 23 itself belongs of the location of the mobile network. This processing is recursively repeated. If a mobile network 1 receives data to the mobile network 2, a location managing means 13 picks up the data and transfers the data to a mobile network 5. The location advertising means 52 transfers the transferred data to the mobile network 2.
