Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent permeation of foreign matter like cuttings into a part between a power transistor and a heat sink, without using a jig when the power transistor is bolted on a heat sink, in an attaching structure of the power transistor of an electronic control unit wherein a case main body formed of resin is bonded on the heat sink on which the power transistor is fixed. SOLUTION: An elastic member 40 is stretched from a part of the case main body 12 formed of resin, and the power transistor 14 is energized (pressed) and bolted on the heat sink 16. In the elastic member, a notched part is formed on a position in the vicinity of the case main body. The elastic member is formed of metal, and its base end side is embedded in the case main body formed of resin. |
