The technology comprises a step (152) for delaying in response to the change of power consumed by the load (50) and a control step (156) that controls the flow of fuel to the stack (20) so as to control the power output of the fuel cell stack (20) in order to adapt to the change of power consumed by the load (50) according to the end of the delay.
