Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser constituted rationally. SOLUTION: In the condenser equipped with a core 200 constituted of stacking tubes 210, a first tank 310, a second tank 320 and an inlet part 400 and an outlet part 500 of a refrigerant, the first tank and the second tank are sectioned respectively into a plurality of chambers 301 in the inside. A receiver 600 is made to communicate with the chamber of the first tank, while a part of the core is made a supercooling part 201 for cooling the refrigerant of liquid layers, and the layer 201A for making the refrigerant flow from the chamber of the first tank to that of the second tank and the layer 201B for making it flow from the chamber of the second tank to that of the first tank are provided in the supercooling part. Regarding the supercooling part, moreover, the total sectional area of a refrigerant passage in the layer making the refrigerant flow from one chamber to the other of the first and second tanks is set to be larger than the sectional area of the refrigerant passage which makes the refrigerant flow, from the receiver to the chamber of the first tank.
