Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator system capable of being started with a low wind speed, and exercising a sufficient generating performance at a low wind speed. SOLUTION: This wind power generator system is provided with a wind turbine rotated by receiving the wind force, and a generator generating electricity by the torque of the wind turbine. A Savonius wind turbine is used as the wind turbine, and a rare earth permanent magnet is used as an excitation means of a coil in the generator.
