Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent various operation parts from being disturbed by an automobile user as a panel device is provided with various objects. SOLUTION: A panel device is constituted by a base, an operation member disposed at the base, a cover openable from a base surface, and a cup holder pivotally supported at the base. A through-hole through which the operation member is operated from the outside of the cover is formed in the cover. By opening the cover, a food, such as hamburger, can be placed and by falling a cup holder, canned juice can be placed.
