SOLUTION: This undersea structure has a structure A in the sea, consisting essentially of a structure body 1 in the sea having a fish-attracting function, to have a seaweed bed-increasing part 2 having a function for raising the seaweeds B to impart the function for increasing the seaweed bed in addition to the function as the general fish bank.
