PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery, equipped with a packing form having fine appearance, without deformation due to getting printed matter, such as instruction manual for the battery or the like into space between the side face or the bottom face and a storing box of the cell and left with adhesive on a surface of a cell, when the cell and the printed matter are fixed. SOLUTION: Printed matters 3, such as an instruction manual or the like, are put in a synthetic resin bag 2, which is attached on an exterior surface of a battery 1 with a synthetic resin fused material 4, where a material composing the exterior of the battery 1 is to have a softening point higher than that of the synthetic resin constituting the synthetic resin bag 2, and also, the synthetic resin fused material 4 is to have a softening point higher than that of the synthetic resin bag 2.
