SOLUTION: A timer 41 selects a predetermined set value based on an instruction from CPU 43 every at a bit at which the CPU 43 controls a communication and adjusts an interruption timing based on the set value. An interruption controller 42 generates an interruption at the CPU 43 when a generation of the interruption is required from the timer 41. The CPU 43 controls an input port 44 or an output port 45 to realize a communication.
