SOLUTION: The device has an engine driving circuit board 1 having a driving circuit part driving a high-voltage power circuit part 1c, a feed roller 7, and a conveyor roller 8 and a driving circuit part driving a process cartridge 4, an engine control circuit board 21 which controls the conveying means, and an image controller board 22 which controls a scanner unit 3; and the scanner unit 3 is arranged above a photosensitive drum 4a, the engine driving circuit board 1 is arranged below a conveyance path 5, and the engine control circuit board 21 and image controller board 22 are arranged above the conveyance path 5.
