PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide information about an operation condition of equipment and information such as an anomaly diagnosis and advice on saving energy consumption. SOLUTION: Each branch circuit 4 of a distribution board 1 has a power detector 6, and for each branch circuit 4, a data processor 10 analyzes a maximum and a minimum power consumption, the longest and the shortest operation time, the shortest and the longest stop time, the number of on/off operations, power consumption and the like, compares them with standard or past data to diagnose for an anomaly, and notifies a user of the analysis data and diagnosis result. Since the branch circuit 4 is often connected with an individual air conditioner, electromagnetic cooker or the like having high power consumption, the measurement of power in the branch circuit can inexpensively detect the operation condition of the equipment connected to the branch circuit and contribute to energy saving without a wattmeter, a thermometer and other sensors arranged for each piece of equipment.
