SOLUTION: Oil which is liquid is filled on surfaces of opposing disks. One of two disks can move in the axial direction to set an interval between two disks freely. A shearing force of oil is changed by merely changing a distance between two disks so that smooth gear shift which cannot be achieved by the gear type transmission can be achieved in this oil type transmission for a vehicle.
