Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stormwater reservoir capable of efficiently eliminating sand, dust/oil content or the like contained in stormwater with a simple structure and getting along with less frequency of maintenance. SOLUTION: The reservoir 1 having an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 of stormwater and a partition plate 10 placed between the inlet 2 and the outlet 3 and partitioning the reservoir 1 into a primary water storage room 11 on the side of the inlet 2 and a secondary storage room 12 on the side of the outlet 3 are provided, an opening section 13 for passing through storage water is formed upward of the partition plate 10, at the same time, an oil absorbing member 5 is placed between the inlet 2 and the partition plate 10, and a filter 6 is set to the opening section 13 on the upper part of the partition plate 10 to eliminate sand, dust/oil or the like contained in the stormwater.
