Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely take out an end tape one by one with a simple process and a simple structure and thereby effectively perform supply works of the end tape. SOLUTION: Plural end tapes 28 are adhered to a belt shaped release paper 78. This method and device is provided with a release paper feeding mechanism 72 for feeding the release paper 78, a release paper folding mechanism 74 for exposing an adhesive-less part 80 of the end tape 28 outward of a width directional end part 78a of the release paper 78 by folding the width directional end part 78a, and an end tape taking out mechanism 76 for holding the adhesive- less part 80 exposing outside and taking out the end tape 28 from the release paper 78.
