Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detector for a visually handicapped person, with which the transmitting/receiving direction of ultrasonic waves can be easily controlled, the degree of freedom in a wearing position is high and convenience is improved. SOLUTION: A substrate 10, to which an ultrasonic sensor 1 is attached, is mounted on spectacles 100 by an attaching plate 11. Prescribed processing is applied to ultrasonic waves received by this ultrasonic sensor on the side of a main body not shown in the figure, and when an object is detected, it is reported to a person having difficulty in sight by outputting sounds from a speaker. The substrate is provided with a turning shaft 12 vertically extended therefrom and a supporting member 13 attached to the turning shaft so as to be turned, and fixed on the opposite side of a transmitting/receiving plane 1b of the ultrasonic sensor. Thus, the ultrasonic sensor can be turned parallel to the surface of the substrate 10 with the rotary shaft as an axis and the transmitting/receiving direction can be controlled. Further, by turning the ultrasonic sensor, this device can be installed on the front side of the spectacles as well. |
